The Site carries out activities which fall within the scope of Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commercial services and information society services.

The collection and management of personal datathrough the Site, as well as the protection of such data are governed by Act LXIII of 1992.

Collecting Personal Data

During the purchase on the Site the user of the electronic commercial service (hereafter: You) mustprovidethe followng data:first and last name, delivery address, billing address, email address, telephone number and payment information for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order, issuing the invoice and sending newsletters  (if you subscribed), and for verifying the terms of the contract if it is concluded.We will also store the text of your order and will send it to you via email together with all the other data of your order. The data controller maynot use the personal dataprovided for purposes other than the onesdescribedabove. The personal datamay notbe passed ontothird parties without the previous written consentof the User – except in cases when it is prescribed by law. However,some of your data (first and last name, delivery address, telephone number) will be made available to our logistics partners to facilitate delivery of your order. There shall be no further forwarding of your information for purposes other than to fulfill, realise and terminate the contractual relationship between you and DinArt, unless it is prescribed by regulations. The same shall apply to personal data you may have provided when contacting us electronically or in a printed form.

Data management on the Site takes place onthe basis of the User’s voluntary consent. By using the Site, registering on the Site and providing your data, you automatically provide your consent to the Site processing your data in relation to the use of the Site.

DinArt deletes the data which were saved during the service providing if the purpose of the data management ceased to exist (contract failed or performed) The data are also deleted if the data owner instructs the Site to do so (or prohibits the collection and processing of their data). Alldatarelated tothe orders are stored for 30 days for the reason of handling potential complaints or withdrawals. After 30 days alldata are deleted.

It is possible for you to order a newsletter through our website. When subscribing to our newsletter, your email address will also be saved for our own marketing purposes and for sending you the newsletter, until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. By clicking on the “Request newsletter” link, you explicitly agree to receiving newsletters from us (You can unsubscribe at any time). Please note that you can withdraw your agreement any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in a newsletter at the bottom of the page. You have the right to ask for information on your personal data managed by DinArt. You can modify yourdata any time. You also have the right to ask the Site to delete your data. You my seek legal remedy persuant to Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom ofInformation and persuant to Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code. Furthermore you have the right to turnto the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1125 Budapest, SzilágyiErzsébet walk 22/C.) about complaints of the data management practice of DinArt.

Use of Cookies

We use so-called cookies in order to make your visit to our website even more attractive and to support the use of certain functions. Most of the cookies used on www.dinartgallery.com are automatically deleted after your browser session.
